For all FREE plans, InvoiceQuick may terminate your account and delete any Data contained in it if there is no account activity (such as a log in) for over 6 months (180 days). However, we will attempt to warn you by email to the email on file before terminating your account to provide you with an opportunity to log in to your account so that it remains active.
Since all plans are month-to-month, you man cancel your account ay any time. It is the user's responsibility to cancel their account. You may do so by going to Account Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent. All your data including invoices, customers, items and transactions will be deleted. Your customers will no longer be able to view your invoice links. You CAN NOT undo this.
We do not issue prorated refunds, since all users have the ability to use the platform as a Free Account before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan. If a user does not cancel their account by deleting it or by contacting support@invoicequick.com requesting cancelation, we will not issue a refund for non-use.
You may use a free plan or our free invoice generator to determine the value of the software. We do not issue refunds for paid plans unless a billing error occurs on our end.
